How to Book & What’s Required

I always recommend booking your family photography session as early as possible, especially during busy seasons like fall and the holiday months. These are popular times for family photos, and dates fill up quickly. Early booking helps secure the day that works best for your family and ensures a smooth, stress-free experience.

How to Secure Your Date

To book, simply use my contact form or send me a message. Once we have chosen your date and package, your session will be confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of the contract. I’ll then guide you through the next steps so you feel fully prepared and excited for your session.

Retainer & Booking Policy

Your session is officially secured once the full payment is received. The retainer is non-refundable, but if something comes up, you’re welcome to reschedule for a future date.

To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and minimize impact on other clients. Please note that excessive rescheduling may incur additional fees. My goal is to be flexible while keeping your spot protected on my calendar.

Print Release to print your images at your lab of choice
High-quality digital images (5 for mini sessions, 10 for full sessions)

Each session can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. For larger groups, I offer custom packages to ensure everyone is included and the experience remains smooth and enjoyable.

Note: You can also purchase the entire gallery (approx 30-50 digital images) for an additional fee.

Turnaround Time for Photos

I take great care in fine-tuning every gallery so your photos look natural, polished, and timeless.

Full gallery delivery: Within 2 weeks of your session
Sneak peeks: Shared within 1–2 days
Gallery access: Delivered via email with a private link

Depending on your package, you can download your selected photos directly from your gallery. All images are carefully curated and professionally edited before being uploaded to your private gallery.

Each package includes a set number of edited images for download, as detailed in your package description. You can also purchase additional images.

Clients can either download all images included in their package or select additional favorites for purchase. Clear instructions on how to do this, including the selection and download process, will be provided along with access to your gallery.
