Session Details, Editing & Delivery

Travel fees and applicable location or permit fees are additional, per my standard photography travel policy. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed during booking.

Session length, image quantity, and final collection details will be outlined in your selected package. You may add additional time for bridal party or extended family portraits for an additional fee, based on the number of people, groupings, and time needed.

Image Editing & Delivery: Each image is carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect my signature style. Please allow up to 6 weeks for creative editing and delivery of your final images. Please allow 7–10 business days to receive your USB after your online gallery is completed.

Choosing Your Portrait Location

I’d love to photograph your wedding portraits at a location that’s meaningful to you as a couple. Whether it’s a beautiful garden, a favorite park, or a special place that holds memories, I’m happy to discuss your ideas and find a location that fits your vision.

Please keep in mind that some locations require photography permits or additional fees. The couple is responsible for any applicable permit fees or location charges. We’ll discuss these details when planning your session.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The Wedding Portrait Experience is for portraits only. We don’t offer ceremony coverage, reception photography, or full-day wedding coverage.

Absolutely! Depending on your package and available time, we can include portraits of the happy couple, immediate family, and other special people you’d love in your photographs.

Yes! You can add bridal party portraits and extended family groupings to your wedding portrait session. Because larger groups require additional time for organizing, posing, and photographing each combination, adding these portraits may extend your session length and increase the session investment. We’ll discuss the groupings you’d like to photograph in advance and recommend the additional time needed so your experience feels relaxed and well planned. We’ll outline any added time and cost before booking.

Sessions can take place at an agreed-upon location within my service area, subject to availability, travel fees, and any required location permits. Please let me know your preferred location when inquiring.
